Ruth Clare

I grew up in a home where nobody named what was happening — not the violence, not the fear, not what my father's military service did to our family. The need to break that silence, help others feel less alone, and drive system change to stop what happened to my family happening to others, has driven much of my career as an author, speaker, intergenerational trauma educator and military child advocate. My work is lived first, validated by years of deep listening to the experiences of others, and backed by research.
